As much as I can. I've had a bad cold since a week ago last Friday, so ten days now that I've been mostly staying at home anyway. I was finally well enough to go back to work today. But now they've given some of us, including me, the option of working from home. I now have a company laptop that I can use from home, if I just have all the necessary equipment. :) Then I should really be safe. I think it's going to be a mixed blessing for me, working from home.
Of course, I hope that everyone else is okay, that there won't be any more deaths from this, though that may be too much to hope for.
As for shopping, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they actually had what I needed, including toilet paper, when I went to Cub Foods last Saturday. They were just restocking the shelves when I was there, so I guess my timing was just right. :)

Yes feeling safe. Poland has closed her borders. The country is in partial shut-down. People are encouraged to stay at home. Shops are still open. Toilet paper... well I stoked up for 2 months.
Municipal transport in Wrocław will run on Saturday Schedule. Demand has plummeted. Another municipality has declared all parking free, to discourage public transport usage.
I'm not affected as I am unemployed. What I am seeing is that the people in Poland are taking the request of self-quarantine seriously. The government is considering assisting businesses like restaurants which are directly affected.
Not to seed panic, but it looks like internal flights will be suspended.
