there is no universally agreed right or wrong.
it changes with time and is defined by groups.
"oh but murder is wrong" - unless your government says it is okay - but only if the people are wearing a certain type of clothing.
"but stealing is wrong" - many museums have items that were "liberated" from other countries and won't return them.
