We were always using the pound unlike everyone else who had the euro. Doubt much will change. It ll drag it's heels big time.

If you were happy with unelected elites in another country making your laws with no accountability then I understand, but most people want to have an independent nation, and make their own choices. @Perry4444

But at least your own country and elected representatives will be making the rules, not some nameless people in Brussels that were appointed, and will never meet you, or know of your issues. Your local MP has town meetings, and will know the local issues straight from the people. The more distance an authority is from the people, the less they care. @Perry4444

@Carissimi I agree. If it happens. I'm just curious as to how they.ll drag it out. Because as we stand nothing has changed. The transition is a long time off yet.

It’s only 12-months. Britain has left the EU. Now they just have to hash out a trade deal, or not, in that time. @Perry4444
