Oh shucks...call him and tell him to wait wherever he is. And take an Uber to that place. I hope he doesn't get into trouble.

@Vivaci He's already in trouble for doing this at all. He needs serious help. But for now, he needs to get home, surrender the keys, or get pulled over and get jail time. What he did was completely irresponsible.
