Can anyone tell me what this is for. It came with a honda odyssey 2013

Look for plastic of the same colour and texture, if there isn't any it may not even be part of the car. It looks like its meant to slide on to the edge of something..in a car I can only imagine a seatbelt, then it has a locking part in it. very similar to what a small bayonet fitting globe would use.
