What was the worst year of your life?
Probably 1999 for me. Lost a friend to suicide in January that year and was completely burned out from college.

The idea is to make it the best you can. We all go through things we can’t control but use this year to write your own story , go out and do what you want , eat what you want , laugh at dumb stuff , live life to its fullest and have fun whilst you still can, you don’t know how the year will turn out , nobody does. So overthinking will damage your happiness @Vetrov
