Have you ever experienced where you are talking to someone and say a word or sentence and it is repeated on the tv right afterwards?

Or you are talking to someone and look at a word, and it's the same word they said right when you saw it? What does that mean? Does it mean anything? It's not a coincidence because what are the odds of that happening?
