Would you be concerned about this?

My boyfriend of 16 months has not been on good terms with his nanny lately. That's why I was surprised when this morning, he texted her at 8AM this morning with 'Merry Christmas Emily 🎄❤🎅. Thanks for all you have done this year.

She replied with 'Merry Christmas xx'

Can't help but dislike the fact he put a heart on it and texted her early. Like she was on his mind and yet he says he does not like her 😕

Am I being unreasonable? I read it as he got up to go to the bathroom

@Jenni855 It was a bit tongue in cheek, with a little dash of sarcasm, i gave the best option 1st, so for the 2nd i gave you a more shady option , ()its english humour) and its never funny when i have to explain it . never mind .
