Why are bush and Blair not on trial

@TexChik Oh that's strange.. when it first started NATO was against the war and said it would be illegal for America, (with Brits on board) to declare war.. I think NATO *may* have changed their position but definitely in the beginning America, with Brits as I said, went into it alone, France refused to join in.

@Adaydreambeliever revisionist history there libby . The un security counsel voted to take action . No war was ever declared . NATO wasn’t about to cross the US since they all owed the US a ton of money.

@TexChik nope - it's a fact.. but you seem to be unfamiliar with that... it was pretty well known but I guess you only attend to news that corroborates what you want to believe. It is an actual fact that initially they did not have NATO backing - this is US and UK... I believe that they did change their mind a few days later but facts are facts.

Ok so it was the UN rather than NATO which doesn't have that remit, however, the UN did not initially give approval for the war.. and it was only 5 countries that supported US in that.. one was the UK..

You can argue all you like, you can resort to name calling if that pleases you.. but it doesn't change the facts. A wise person would be able to acknowledge facts.. but... I am not holding out any hope
