Yeah,my father retired early because of a minor heart attack,he hoped to find a local job but they wouldn't hire him b/c they thought he was over qualified and wouldn't stay;hhe died much too young

@Abood3033 Thank you...HR should have realized some do want to downscale and honestly want the job offered but ......
