I Have Praise for President Trump!

The president is expected to or perhaps has now signed the PACT Act today, a bill that makes intentional cruelty towards certain animals a federal felony. The bill passed with bipartisan support in the House last month, and the Senate on Nov. 3rd.

I'm not sure what I am happier about: cracking down on animal cruelty or the fact that a bill can still get bipartisan support these days!

@DrWatson Both things are nothing but great, for sure. Amazingly enough, this legislation got near unanimous bipartisan support twice before, but was repeatedly blocked by one charming fellow who happened to be the House Judiciary Chairman.
