Advice on debt plz help

Iv accumulated upto about 3k debt from payday loans and credit cards and I seriously don’t know what to do as my bank balance right now is literally zero and I’m on universal credit but not been paid yet as Iv just signed up .

Don’t know what to do honestly having suicidal thoughts

that's just silly, as long as you're alive you have the ability to work and pay this off.,.

just go to someone (In Ireland we have a place called MABS - Money and Budgeting Service) I'm sure there's something similar where you live and they will advise you, help you and even talk to the creditors on your behalf and work out payments that will suit you. I'm pretty sure if this kind of service is available in Ireland then it's probably in most places..
