Advice on debt plz help

Iv accumulated upto about 3k debt from payday loans and credit cards and I seriously don’t know what to do as my bank balance right now is literally zero and I’m on universal credit but not been paid yet as Iv just signed up .

Don’t know what to do honestly having suicidal thoughts

3k seems like a lot, you're just overwhelmed. Take it one step at a time. Are you employed? If you're making under a certain amount talk to them and determine what their hardship program is. If you're making enough, cut down on unnecessary expenses.

@Killerilluminati Not for 3k. Take it little by little, pay what you can even if it's just the minimum for a short while. Hell, my ex left me in 17k of debt and I'm still around.

@Killerilluminati Life has left things difficult for me, at worst go on hardship. If you have to miss a payment, realize it's not the end of the world.
