Do "local" college students travel less?

"Local" as in living in the same area as the college they'd go to.

Interesting. Maybe. I coach at a university and local students may have chosen a local college to save money, or to keep the security of home, or have a muted sense of adventure. In those cases they probably would travel less, but I know plenty of exceptions.

@trackman11 I made that choice because I didn't want the stress of searching for a home while studying already.

@scooogy are you happy with your choice?

@trackman11 not anymore. Since I'd stay here after university and see younger students behave like morons, I sort of think about moving.

@scooogy you get to make those choices. Do your list of pros and cons, make your best choice and don’t look back. Good luck. 🙂
