I believe white lies are almost always wrong, do you agree? Read below

I think that in order for us to live a decent exitence, our society needs to be one worth being trusting in. Everytime people white lie, they risk getting caught, which gives people more reason to be less trusting, which dimineshes the quality of life while we're here. I think there are obvious exceptions, like if you're a secret agent who's trying to save a little girls life, it's clearly not wrong to lie and pretend to be a customer just to get evidence and bust them down, saving lives. But in every day life, I believe we shouldn't exxagerate stories or do things to spare peoples feelings unless it's really REALLY neseccary.

I gotta disagree. White lies are both a manner of convenience and unavoidable. I mean, for me, imagining being 100% truthful/honest with my professors could be problematic. 😅

They don't gotta know if I think they're awful and the class is boring.
