Like, occassionally, I'll have a few from long ago. But specifically in Autumn and winter, it's like getting teleported to the past.

It's not the seasons for me, it's smells. Perfume, flowers, hairspray ...takes me right back.

@SW-User That's a big thing, too! Autumn smells, leaves, especially. But it's also the "feel" of the atmosphere that changes.
