Don't you hate when you are subject to the will of others?

I need to return something I bought on-line. They keep dicking around asking me for "a video of the problem". The problem is I don't want the fucking merchandise and they offered a money back guarantee. Dafuq?

@SwampFlower They now are saying, "If you looked at the page of our website which covered returns..."
I pointed out their posted guarantee offered no asterisks or links to said page. and thus this is an unscrupulous business practice.
