life questions

why does people belive that if a man asks or consult or is been controlled his girl/wife . it means he is not a man at all ?
weather he is afraid of her or excepting it ... !! i mean as long its not effecting there family's or friends it should be normal right ?
i believe that if thy love each other, it should not become a problem whos controlling whos !!!! after all whatever he or she wants means what you want ... because you love your partner .
but what do i know ... i have never been marred yet !
