Can "accidents" be a way of manipulating others?

@Wales well I wasn't necessarily referring to the ones that get "reported".

@Stilltryinghard I'm unclear about what type of accidents you were referring to and how they could be used for manipulation.

@Wales just stupid things we see our friends doing around us and people we know..you know INFORMAL stuff that happens all the time and it doesn't mean they are really accidents....They may be STATEMENTS.
