The decades...20,30,40 & so on....It's not like I stood in front of the mirror and said "what happened?"...but as I've aged, your prioritize, deal w/the aging process, sort out what's important and what's not...and more importantly - you realize who your friends are! :)

That's a tough one....I've been lucky...I have a saying "regret not what you've done but what you haven't done". So if your married w/kids and that's your life, make the most of it. If your life-ties aren't too tight, get out there...travel, see stuff, drink a good drink, love and be loved...and every so often stand in the sun (clothes on!) and take a deep breath and say "yeah, I'm still here!!!".
