It doesn't matter if you get it or not you offended her. playful teasing or not you scored a direct hit. her telling you about it is actually a good sign take her seriously apologize sincerely making it clear you meant no disrespect and things should be ok. Be careful about joking especially at the workplace. it is one thing to joke around with friends but a captive audience at work where you can lose your job it may be wise to error on the side of caution.
