I am trying to Forgive one of my sisters and what she done to me ... it's a challenge not to feel or think of any vengeful wishes. In ways they feel good, but I can see how it is me thinking that is what is still keeping me to retain that negative anger. I am blocking myself from being Happy. least at times.
