If there were just two choices 'Iran' and 'North Korea'. Where would you prefer to live? Why?

Iran, at least they have food there.

Iran, even if it's a dictatorship, the culture is still alive under the suppression of it's dictatorship.

Iran, there are some beautiful places in Iran, the Green Mountains near the Caspian sea for example.
