1-Don't forget that it's not your fault. You have done your best. Life is unpredictable and there are always other forces besides yourself. No need to blame yourself.
2- Take a break, find some inner peace and acknowledge your limitations.
3- Ask for advice about your problem and try again.
4- If this someone else is an abusive person, yet matters greatly, you have to emotionally distance yourself from them. Kind of like a doctor would, look at them as an angry child in need of care. Be bigger.
4- Expect failure but love you despite of it. Keep your heart open.
