I trod on one of these recently. It’s a British electrical plug. Has anyone else done something recently that resulted in total agony?

I guess my joints were swollen from the rainy front moving in, went to get out of bed two mornings ago and did it too quickly, had pain shooting down my leg like I got an instant pinched nerve.
