What do you think the greatest invention is ?

In my opinion it's electricity simply because it opened the door to many other great inventions . Above all I like that I have the option to either be in the dark or have the lights on . Life would be pretty dim without it . I'm a fan of candles but you know the brighter the better . #lightbulbs

Technically speaking, electricity isn't an invention, it's a discovery. The devices that use and create electricity are inventions, but electricity is just a form of energy.
But, I get your point. Yes, it has changed society in vast ways we don't appreciate until we have to do without it for a while.
