If you could retire right now, where would you go to live?

I’d go either further north or further west (I’m in Virginia now.) Some place with less humidity, that’s for sure.

I would probably stay in the same area (in Minnesota), but move closer to the lake. But if I had enough money, perhaps I could buy a second home somewhere down south. Maybe in Costa Rica, if possible. I once went on vacation there, and it was beautiful - and warm. If I could stay there during the coldest part of the winter, that would be great.
