If you could retire right now, where would you go to live?

I’d go either further north or further west (I’m in Virginia now.) Some place with less humidity, that’s for sure.

I am retired and live in the state I was born.
However, I'm not happy with their antiquated laws and would like to move to a state where recreational weed is legal.

I'm waiting patiently, but I feel I'm in Russia or some other communist country smh
