Just a random thought...

How do you deal with people who insist on joking or talking about things they obviously have no idea about? The ones who think (or try to get others to believe) they are such an expert on the subject, when it is clear they are clueless? Especially when it is something personal to you?

Do you confront them? Or just let them run their head?

It's probably better to ignore unless you are particularly thick skinned but on the other hand why should people laugh at someone's distress.

@Hasmita Sometimes, they do,it for shock value, or don't realize how personal it is for someone else. Other times it's just because they are an,asshat.
