I'd go with an octopus. It'd have nine trunks then. :D
Or maybe mix it with a scorpion. It'd be able to sting from the tail.
Or if not that, camel. It'd have a heavy supply for food and water and survive long periods of time.

I have ideas. Animal that will weaponise the elephant into a most lethal predator, produce lots of it then set it free on the human populace. That should teach them not to oppress animals for their comfort and entertainment.
