Mattress testing and evaluation. Something comparable to a food critic; someone comes into a mattress and bedding company, takes a nap on their newest mattress and writes a critique with suggestions and rating.

There should be a service where unhomed cats and dogs get picked up from the shelter and taken to people's workplaces. It's great for the animals because they get to play with lots of people, it's good for reducing stress in employees, and someone might really fall for one of the animals and choose to adopt. Seems like a win-win-win.

I had an idea for a business called, "Another You".
They would do all that extraneous horseshit that people just don't have time to do.
Take the dog to the vet, get the oil changed, car maintenanced, etc.

I think it's a great idea and one that should have already existed in some form other than "spouse".
