What is the closest major city to you, if you don't already live in one?

I'm 35 minutes northwest of Detroit, MI.

Unfortunately, Oakland, California. It’s about 25 minutes from here.

@SW-User Way back in 1989. Yes it was awful. Part of the Bay Bridge collapsed. Many fatalities .

@SW-User No that one was near Los Angeles—down south of here.
