Pretty much. Not that I'm on it all the time, I just like to keep it close in case I get a call or message. I'm paranoid about missing something important just because I don't have my phone on me. It's happened before. 😥

They allow others to find you when you have no interest.
While they can´t get in contact with the ones you need to communicate.
