Why is it so hard

Why is life so damn hard it seems like the harder a person trys the more life knocks you on your ass is it too much to ask just to be able to catch a break for once

it's like that you ask for a break you get a brick instead.

I don't know how it is supposed to work but I'm sure it isn't supposed to work.
