I work with children and families as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

When I first got custody of my girls
the ex's family thought that was a way to make me regret taking my ex to court ,,HRS or a cop showing up at my door
8 times I was investigated ,no wrong doing found
Until HRS said enough was enough ,,now one of them was going to jail for abusing the system
The sheriffs also started a case for malicious false reports
I have had home studies done as well so I can have kids placed with me until foster care can be taken care of
I am not able to take on kids anymore
but I will provide shelter and a safe place until they can get them some place permanent
My Daughter is a foster care provider ,,licensed/certified
She had her home custom built so boys had their own space
girls had their space and a nursery for infants
We had one she has been taking care of since it was born with us Saturday ,,she is 10 now
