People are more money oriented than ever before and due to social media people care more about looking successful rather than being successful

People's social skills seem to be suffering. People are becoming completely desensitized to violence and often videotape someone being beaten for youtube instead of helping....we are becoming less civilized...I blame technology,movies,tv, video games and the worst...local news

@Fernie Videotaping violence *is* helping. That’s how people get pinched for it. It’s a powerful incentive to stop what you’re doing.

We are living in the safest, least violent times in recent memory, but for some reason people think everything is worse than ever.

@Fernie Nothing is wrong with me. But unlike some people I don’t have the rose-tinted goggles that let me look back on the sky-high violence levels of 80s and 90s and somehow think that things are getting worse.
