Does anyone else get an empty void feeling when they get depressed?

This happens to me all the time I can feel the emotions just leave my body and become empty

It’s like when our mind isn’t distracted, it wonders into desires we wish... we question our worth or morality... we try to please so many standards, but feel not good enough, unappreciated... I’ve learned that we have to love ourselves, appreciate ourselves. To love the eyes we see in the mirror and LIVE to see those eyes again... the only eyes we can know for sure carry no judgement or disapproval. Only we can give that to ourselves ❤️
