There might be some logic behind the seven year itch..

If it’s true that every seven years (or 10, depending on which story you hear) we become essentially new people, because in that time, every cell in your body has been replaced by a new cell, do you think it’s possible that this may cause people’s marriages to fall apart or become more challenging during this timeframe?

the cells are not changed all at once, therefore we are not changed all at once. i don’t think this is a viable theory, but i do believe that people grow and change over time, sometimes growing apart. psychology, physical health, and socio economic changes are probably more to blame.
