Today I ditched the office and went to the farm. Did some manual labor. Enjoyed the beautiful weather. Saw some baby sheep and goats. Now that is therapeutic.

I’ve been doing yardwork this past week and the first couple of days were tough but now looking forward to it...cleaning flower beds, trimming trees, trimming hedges, etc. Haven’t felt like doing this much in a couple of years and now the weather is turning cold again tomorrow.
