I'm sorry that happened.
Happened to me once. I blocked them back and moved on. Completely ghosted them, they didn't deserve an explanation took a while and eventually found someone emotionally matured. The next break-up was rather plesant and calming over dinner, ending the way it started. Sorry if I got a little carried away, you should get my message.
