Can you admit that you're wrong when you are and you know it?

Is there a part of you that knows you're wrong but you don't want to admit it to others? I think it's always been hard for most humans but I see a great benefit in admitting it. No shame in admitting it. I still struggle but it gets easier the more you do it and it keeps your decisions and thought process smooth.

Of course. I constantly admit that to my family and my partner, but never to those who think they are always right and world owes them something.
