How come sometimes when you tell people your problems they aren’t too empathetic

For some it's hard to understand if they haven't experienced it themselves, they are going through hardships and are dealing with their own.
For others, they are not capable of thinking about anyone but themselves.

1. they feel like their problems are bigger so they can't really perceive yours as that much of a problem
2. they just act cold but they are worried inside
3. they don't care

Maybe they don’t think your problems are a big deal 🤷‍♂️
