What would be a good reason to not allow freedom of speech?

@Entwistle I think we would first need to agree on what oversteps the boundaries of freedom of speech. I personally don't like people who incite violence. On the other hand...inciting violence can sometimes be the only way to bring people's attention to a problem that needs a solution. So it's a complicated thing.
