@MushroomFaerie it's a brand name.. the active ingredient is important - acetaminophen, I'm sure you've got something similar there.

@stound oh I just googled, paracetamol here and yeah I do take it lol

@MushroomFaerie with alcohol, it can go nuts on your liver and ... well it gets bad quicklike. you're better off with aspirin or one of the other ones.

@stound I've mixed worse. Its okay to take on a hangy
