If you new you had nothing left to loose would you sacrifice yourself for a cause?

Even if it was likely futile.

If you had nothing to lose, it's not really a sacrifice, is it? A true sacrifice for a cause, is putting out with the chance to lose everything.
That being said, if you believe in something, then what you have to lose is not really the deciding factor, If it is, then your belief in it is not true.
