Are you a night owl or an early bird?

Depends -- I seem to rotate between sleeping all night and sleeping all day. Right now I'm going to bed right after dinner and then waking up around 2:00 a.m.

My hours tend to rotate, but by preference I'm a night owl.

When I am working, early bird.
When not working, a night owl.

Both. I’ll go to sleep at 3am and then get up at 7 or 8 the next morning

Early, I'm up by 4:30 almost every morning.
