Well it depends on the type of execution

Electric-- Something light:I dont want to spit any meats up so steak is out..

Gas Chamber-- definitely steak..baked potatoe some greens.

Leathal injection-- Some stuffed pork chops some corn mashed potatoes and gravy and biscuits..
