Morning workout, good or bad?

I prefer the morning as the gym is quieter however, it can be a drag getting up extra early.

Good, more energy than in the evening, but you have to take care if you have a physical job not to get too weak to get trough the work day.

@LithiumDrop I guess I could say something about exercising in bed but I will not, LOL. I go to the local Y which is warm, LOL
