Cop goes, “come out and let me see your hands” and the dude did as told but the cop shot him dead and then announces put your hands up.

I trust cops as much as I trust criminals. I got assisted by a nice drug dealer just the other day. His name was Pinot and he took time out of his busy schedule (and actually told a couple people to get back to him after he was done helping me) to show me to the bus station.
