Is there alien life out there

Do you believe that there may be other forms of sentient life on other planets.

Is there other solar systems , galaxies & or universes out there that might contain sentient beings.

I believe there are other lieforms out there in the great unknown , this universe is so big and ther are more planets out there than we can ever imagine , do you really think that this earth is the only planet that can sustain sentient life.

I personally cannot believe that we are in this vast universe alone. People sometimes laugh at the thought of 'aliens' but we exist. We have life on a beautiful planet we should be taking so much more care of. The only thing that worries me, is how our governments would react to alien visitors. It's in our nature to destroy it seems and perhaps for our own well being and theirs, it's best we never find out?
